How do I decide on my own 10k Any Way challenge? Choose a 10k challenge works best for you! Think of something that will be a challenge for you to complete but that is achievable. It could be a 10k run, walk or cycle spread out over a longer period or repeated over a few days - whatever is your own personal challenge! Or it could be something outside the box, like a 10k stair climbing challenge or 10k hops on a space hopper! Whatever your fitness level or ability there's a challenge you could do that gets you moving, which is incredibly important for our mental and physical wellbeing. Where should I do my 10k? Anywhere! You can complete your challenge at home, in your garden, in a local park or gym. Wherever is convenient and safe for you to take part. When should I do my 10k? You can start as soon as you get your pack, but we recommend completing your 10k challenge between 1 March – 31 March. If you wish to complete the challenge before this date, please let us know so we can get your pack to you in plenty of time. If you want to complete your challenge after March, please get in touch. Can I enter a team? Yes! This can either be with friends, family or colleagues either all together or with each team member completing their challenge individually. During registration you can create a team page or join an existing team. What happens once I've signed up?
