Go 10k Any Way to support your local NHS
Our hospitals need your support now more than ever. You can do your bit by going 10k Any Way to raise funds to directly support our incredible staff and patients across our NHS Trust.
Register now for just £10 and receive an event t-shirt, certificate and special 10k Any Way medal for taking part!
How will you complete your 10k? Running it in one go? Walking 10k a day? Or take a leaf out of Captain Tom's book and do laps of your garden! However you get involved, you'll be making a huge difference to your local NHS.
Although we can't be together, you can create a virtual team with friends, family and colleagues to work together to raise even more money to help support staff and patients locally.

Why is there a registration fee?
Your entry fee covers the cost of the event t-shirt and special medal we'll send to you for completing your challenge.
Your registration fee will also go towards supporting staff and patients who visit our hospitals across the Trust.
Is there a minimum fundraising target?
We encourage participants to raise £50, however we understand times are difficult for everyone at the moment and we are hugely grateful to our supporters for taking on this challenge. Raise as much as you can by sharing your fundraising page with friends and family so they can sponsor you.
Can I decide which hospital my money goes towards?
Yes - during registration you'll be asked where you would like your money to be spent, meaning you will be supporting staff and patients at your local hospital.
How do I decide on my 10k Any Way challenge?
Your 10k Any Way challenge is entirely up to you! Think of something that will be a challenge for you to complete but that is achievable with the current lockdown restrictions.
It could be a 10km run, walk or cycle in a day, spread out over a longer period or repeated over a few days - whatever is your own personal challenge! Or it could be something outside the box, like a 10k stair climbing challenge or 10k hops on a space hopper! Whatever your fitness level or ability there's a challenge you could do that gets you moving, which is incredibly important during these difficult times.
Where should I do my 10k?
You must abide by the current Government restrictions, but can do your challenge from a location of your choice - e.g. at home, in your garden, in a local park. Wherever is convenient and safe for you to take part.
When should I do my 10k?
10k Any Way from now until 1st April, so try and complete your challenge during this period. If you wish to complete the challenge after this date please get in touch.
Can I enter a team?
Yes! This can either be in a household bubble or as a virtual team, with each team member completing their challenge individually. During registration you can create a team page or join an existing team.
What happens once I've signed up?
Once you've signed up to the challenge you will receive your 10k Any Way welcome pack including T-shirt in the next few days. A fundraising page will be created when you register, which means you can start your fundraising right away!
